Payment terms and refund policies:

• Refunds are available within the first 14 days of program start
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
• Financial aid and scholarship terms are separate agreements

All course materials, curriculum, and content are the intellectual property of Div Ignite Institute of Technology. Students may not:

• Reproduce or distribute course materials without permission
• Share login credentials or access with unauthorized persons
• Use proprietary content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy our educational methodologies

Our career services include job placement assistance, but we cannot guarantee employment. Success depends on various factors including:

• Student performance and engagement
• Market conditions and demand
• Geographic location and mobility
• Individual skills and experience

Div Ignite Institute of Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
